How we see it
A list you can trust. Never an obligation.
Each supplier is chosen for their skill, their reliability and their feel for the place. That they already know the estate changes very practical things on the day: where to find power at the far end of the grounds, which way to bring a lorry in, how long it really takes to build an arch under the cedar.
One service only is reserved, the catering, because it determines how the kitchens and the equipment work. For everything else, you choose. And if you arrive with your own suppliers, tell us: we get in touch with them beforehand to settle access, timings and the logistics of the weekend.

A wedding planner designs your wedding and coordinates your suppliers with one another, long before the day. That is a different job from our technical coordination, which looks after the estate on the day itself.

Catering, the estate's only exclusivity
Catering is the one service that is reserved: it determines how the kitchens, the spaces and the equipment work together. For a particular requirement — kosher, halal, or a family tradition — let us talk it through.

A Norman family house, catering since 1960. Erisay knows the estate inside out: drinks reception, live cooking stations, seated meals from bistro to fine dining, buffets, barbecue, wedding cake and Sunday brunch.
Wine merchant in Vernon
Le Rouge qui Tache
An independent wine merchant fifteen minutes from the estate, near Giverny. He will advise you on choosing the wines and matching them to your menu. You are also free to bring your own bottles.

Floral and staging installations go up the day before, as part of the night-before option. Each of these services is quoted separately, directly between you and the supplier.

The estate has 35 parking spaces inside the gates. For guests staying elsewhere, an end-of-evening shuttle is strongly recommended: the nearest accommodation is between 1.6 and 13.7 km away.
