We do not do opaque packages. The price of a wedding here is a sum whose every term you can see, and you decide which ones you keep.
Why the prices are not here
The price of a wedding at the estate depends on three things: the month, the day of the week, and the number of days you spend here. A Saturday in June and a Friday in February are not the same, and that is as it should be. Showing a single figure would amount to telling you a false one.
So we do it differently: you come and see the estate, we talk about your date and what you have in mind, and you leave with a figure that matches your wedding. Not the average of everyone else's.
The principle
This is the base, and it cannot be divided: the whole estate, from 10 am to 3 am. The 5 hectares of grounds, the Park Pavilion, the historic drawing rooms, the Guest House. Nobody else comes in that day, whether there are 30 of you or 200.
The 10 bedrooms, 20 beds, with departure at 11 am the next day. You take one, two, or none. Your guests sleep in the Guest House; you sleep in the château bedroom.
The estate stays yours from 11 am to 4 pm, long enough for brunch and goodbyes. It is what turns a weekend into three real days rather than two.
The night before to set up in your own time, the set-up evening for your suppliers, the rehearsal dinner, technical coordination on the day. Every line is optional, and each one is worth it or not depending on your wedding.
What makes the figure move
High season runs from May to September, low season from October to April. A Saturday or a Sunday costs more than a weekday. Those two differences are the only ones, and they are the same for everybody: there is no pricing by the look of you.
Prices are set by year of celebration, not by year of booking. Booking early therefore fixes the price, which is a real advantage on the dates that go twelve to eighteen months ahead.
From June to September, Saturdays and Sundays are only available with at least one night on the estate. The rest of the year, a single day is possible, at the weekend as well as midweek. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
The options
The estate is always hired in full, and only one wedding takes place here. What changes is the length: a day, a day and its night, a three-day weekend. These three are the most asked for, they are not the only ones: midweek, the estate can be hired for one day or several, and everything is built from the same grid.

The whole day, then the ten bedrooms of the estate for the night. Your family go up to bed a hundred metres from the dance floor, and you wake up where the party was.

The whole estate, two nights on site and a Sunday that stretches to 4 pm. The choice for couples who do not want their wedding to end at midnight.

What is never included
Catering goes through Maison Erisay and is quoted separately. Florist, photographer, DJ, decoration: you deal with them directly. We take no commission along the way, and we tell you frankly what to budget when you ask.

Yes, with one exception: catering goes through Maison Erisay, our partner caterer, who knows the estate inside out. We also work with other caterers when your celebration calls for a particular service, kosher or halal weddings among them. For everything else — florist, photographer, DJ, decoration — you are entirely free, and we will give you our recommendations if you want them.
Exclusive hire of the estate, the reception spaces, the bedrooms for the nights you take, the ceremony on site, and someone with you from the first visit to the day itself. The price is built by addition: hire for the day, then each night, then the optional extension on the Sunday. Catering and suppliers (florist, photographer, music) are quoted separately. All prices are in euros and include VAT, and only the written quotation in your names is binding.
The brunch itself is provided by the caterer, not by the estate. What we provide is the time: by default you leave at 11 am on the Sunday, and the extended Sunday keeps the estate yours until 4 pm, long enough to have brunch without watching the clock. It is what most couples staying two nights choose.
After the visit, we send you a written quotation in your names. The date is held once the contract is signed and the deposit paid. We remain your only point of contact until the day itself: no platform, no middleman.
